Demographic

  • Baltimore City Department of Planning  Includes neighborhood profiles providing data from the 2000 Census for each of Baltimore's Neighborhood Statistical Areas. The profiles offer a general demographic portrait that shows changes since 1990 and compares individual neighborhoods to citywide totals for categories such as population, age, family household type and housing characteristics.
  • Baltimore Neighborhood Indicators Alliance Provides statistics on 55 Baltimore Communities - clusters of Baltimore Neighborhoods created along census tracts. Neighborhood profile information is also included.
  • Baltimore Metropolitan Council

  • Maryland State Data Center
    2000 & 1990 Census Data, Historic trends and Forecasts are available for Maryland and jurisdictions, including Baltimore City. (data down to block groups). Maps are also available.

    1970 data by Census Tract, data for neighborhoods as outlined by Baltimore City Department of Planning for 1980, 1990 and 2000.
