Loan Periods for AV Materials


  • Microfilm and microfiche can only be used in the Audiovisual Center. Paper copies can be made for 10 cents per page. Digital copies may be downloaded to disk or transmitted electronically at no charge.

  • Circulating Audiovisual materials including audiotapes, compact discs, DVD-ROM, computer software, guidebooks, laserdiscs, records, slides, and videotapes are subject to the following guidelines:

    • Students - Maximum of 3 items / 7-day loan / 1 renewal
    • Faculty - Maximum of 10 items / 7-day loan / 1 renewal

  • Non-circulating and AV Reserve materials must be used in the Audiovisual Center and are subject to the following guidelines:

    • Maximum of 1 item / 4-hour loan / 1 renewal

Note: Audiovisual Center materials are subject to a $3.00 per day/per item overdue fee.
