Internet Explorer for Macintosh Browser Compatibility Issues

This page documents compatibility issues when accessing the Sheridan Libraries Web site with the Internet Explorer Web browser running on the Macintosh platform.  We are researching solutions to these problems. Our goal is to support all current versions of popular Web browsers; we cannot guarantee that the site will be compatible with older browser versions

When viewing the site with the Internet Explorer browser on a Macintosh, you will notice thick, dark blue color blocks that run the length of the lower portion of the top banner and the width of the right side. In addition, a vertical white stripe appears in the middle of the Sheridan Libraries logo. These problems are cosmetic only and will not affect the functionality of the site.
