Following are links to local college, university, public and research  libraries. You can find information on hours, location and links to their online catalogs. Any special collections or strengths are noted.  Although Johns Hopkins University does not have reciprocal borrowing privileges with these libraries (with the exception of CIRLA institutions), most of them are open to the public so you are welcome to use their collections within their libraries.

 CIRLA : Chesapeake Information and Research Library Alliance:

a voluntary, not-for-profit organization of educational and research institutions in Delaware, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.  Faculty and graduate students of CIRLA institutions have reciprocal borrowing privileges.  Please obtain the form for this at the Circulation Desk.
